Soul of Lawyers was published by Social Sciences Literature Press. Its author Tsuchiya Kouken, once president of Japanese Lawyer Association, is the leader of the lawyers who were in charge of germ war victim countries compensation suits and Chongqing Air Bomb. He take part in and is the leader in the movement of and anti-war. He is in pursuit of equality, human rights, justice. Arai Shinichi, classmate of Tsuchiya Kouken, is wrote preface for Soul of Lawyers. He shows a strong sense of responsibility and real scholar spirit in. They are both protectors of history.
