An Analysis of Causes for errors in Decision-making in Public Administration and Countermeasures

Making errors in public administration decision-making is a common phenomenon.There are subjective and sometimes objective causes.On the basis of deep analysis of the causes,some countermeasures are put forward to prevent such errors in decision-making: improving the ethical and moral quality as well as the ability of the staff;strengthening the system of accountability for errors;innovating such supporting mechanisms as establishing an assessment mechanism,analyzing the affecting factors,implementing a decision-making model of multi-participation and perfecting the supervision system of administrative decision-making.
