The analysis of the principle of the system is applied to study the regularity of the waving mechanical pendulum in the act of the electronic field and the magnetic field.The functional and convinient control algorithms are developed such as self-promotion,self-monitor,self-adjustment and self-protection and the specific description of the hardware curcuit and the realization of the software algorithms.
