Empirical Analysis of Jury Reliability in the Process of Evaluating Tender Documents

The rater reliability has been widely used in the field of education statistics.Based on the conception of rater reliability, the jury reliability has been introduced. Using the Kendall Coefficient, combined with the empirical analysis of a tender evaluation report, the article examines the degree of consistency among the tender's scores from each jury.In the end, the measures to improve the jury reliability have been put forward.
