Study on the general evaluation index system of the fire fighting and rescue capability of the fire troop

Based on the analysis of the factors that form the battle effectiveness of the fire fighting and rescue,a general evaluation index system has been constructed in the consideration of the features of fire fighting and rescue of the fire troops.The system is constructed based on the principle of practicability,scientificity,flexibility and combination of dynamic and static states.The personnel,equipment,cooperation means of forces as well as the circumstances of the fire fighting and rescue were taken as the first level index to establish the multi-level evaluation index system.Three-level quantification index evelation method and classification standard have been given.
