Policy of HCA over Radio Network

This paper discussed the capacity of HCA in the radio network. Through analyzing the substantive capacity of fixed channel and dynamic channel, the inhibitable equation for channel allocation proportion was established. Based on the experiment it is validated that the system load would impact the inhibitable equation, i. e. the certain load would make a corresponding proper allocation proportion.
