Design and Application for the Evaluation Parameter System of Equipment Support Capability

The evaluation parameter system of equipment support capability is built to find the problems of equipment operations unit in equipment support construction and ascertain causes in time.Based on the analysis of conception of the equipment support capability,the evaluation parameters are partitioned as four levels: the synthesis level,system level,subsystem level and resource level.The framework of evaluation parameter system is designed from three dimensionalities of the parameters,the level of evaluated objects and time field,and the selection of parameters of the four levels according to the framework and the connections among the parameters are discussed.Finally,through an example of the equipment support capability evaluation for a certain antiair defence brigade,the operability and validity of the parameter system design method are verified.
