The Prison Detection System of the Eyes and Ears is based on a profound theory and has a long history in China.However,with the increasingly serious crime trends,the abuse of this system has been deviated from the original intention that setting up only for providing clues.It has changed to a way of extorting confessions or lured crimes rather than a way of investigation,which has not only affects the judicial justice but also treads the human rights.Combining the development history of The prison detection system of the eyes and ears,this paper emphasizes on its existence of theoretical foundations,its position in criminal investigation technologies,and the use of evidence it gains,and it also analyzes the current development situation and the appearing problems in our country,in order to put forward reasonable and feasible suggestions.
