Research and implementation of usability evaluation system for web business system

As the traditional usability evaluation methods have disadvantages like difficult to use,unable to include many uses and ine-fficient when they are applied to evaluate the usability of web business systems,we made an investigation into automatic usability evalua-tion system for web business systems and build a prototype.The usability evaluation system takes system log files as main input and system model as additional input.The data processing procedure in usability evaluation system consists of three phases: Data pretreatment,transaction recognition,and usability evalution.Designer and developer of web business sytems can get valuable information from evalu-tion results as the reference to improve their systems,especially information about how users actually use the systems.
