Network Culture and Equal Idea Molding of Modern Citizen

The computer network is not only a new extension of human body's ability but development of human nature. Network culture based on Internet has had a profound influence on modern political life, especially a huge impact to current political life in network cultural environment. Democratic and equal idea In Internet have changed relationship between government and populace's relations, and realized idea that government serves populace, while populace supervises government. The idea has manifested supreme basic request for rights of citizens. However, realistic and virtual duality in network has shown that the network survival must depend on human full-scale development. Problems in network, such as information security, can also bring negative influence to people's political life.
