On the Effective Utilization of P3E/C+EXP in Improving the Management of Small Hydroelectric Development Companies

After close analysis of these varied problems,this paper suggested a management idea,which introduced P3E/C+EXP,namely,project management software +contract business management software,to solve the problems,and put forward the concrete way of its implementation.This paper aimed at improving the management of the small hydroelectric development companies and building a solid foundation for their long term development.
