Information technology has developed greatly with the popularization of Internet, which has produced immense impact on the organizational environment, behavioral communication, management range and policy-making efficiency of enterprises. The enterprises should launch a firm and unshakable reform in organizational form, structure, management of human resources and information resources in order to meet the demands of information age.
