The Intensity and Its Analysis of the Government's Response——In the Perspective of the Internet Public Incidents

Along with the quick development of the network technology,more and more internet public incidents happened and demanded government to respond.This paper discussed the problems which the government encounter in the process of responding the Internet public incidents form the standpoint of government and its official.Government's response including discourse response,action response and institution response,and encounter diverse intensity which form value,technology,institution and competence respectively.The intensity of government's response was the outcome of the relationship of the citizen and the government,the main aspects of which involved asymmetric information,power and control,conflicts of interest,low trust.
