On the Theory and Practice of Editing Work of Scientific Journals

In combination with the actual situation of editing work,and for the purpose of increasing the industry's economic benefits,the paper makes a discussion on comprehensively understanding and correctly grasping the basic concept and requirement of scientific development in several aspects.And with the theory of scientific development as the guideline,it proposes some measures for strengthening the training of editors to improve their theoretical accomplishments and methodological arts in dealing practical issues,particularly to improve their professional knowledge in breadth and depth.The paper also puts forward specific requirements for handling properly the relationship among readers,editors and writers.
