Scientific Evidence and Its Application Problems

As high-tech develops rapidly,scientific evidence is playing an increasingly important role in the proceedings. It plays a positive role in promoting entity justice and procedure justice. Meanwhile,the improper use of scientific evidence also violates human rights,delays litigation,even leads to wrong convictions. Therefore,the concept and value of scientific evidence should be analyzed again,and the problems concerning the application of scientific evidence in our country calls for people's attention. The application of scientific evidence should be attached great importance to in the judicial practice.
