Construct a Call Center of Foshan CATV Network

This paper introduces the base call center system of Foshan CATV network and its further construc- tion.Using IP technology,the base call center is built.Based on this system,a modern multimedia applica- tion system will be built.In the future,the call center of Foshan CATV network will be a customer.service,a business information collecting and a marketing platform.
