This paper aims at analyzing the reasons of the failure of the railway tickets-selling system from the aspects of transaction process,data base,data interface and the frame of the software and proposes the possible strategies to improve the status quo.In addition,this paper also determines the factors that need to be taken into consideration while developing the software.
