The lack of supply of the mass media for the new generation of migrant workers is analyzed.And its deep causes are explored in the regards of cost-benefit,stratum,public products,dual economic structure of urban and rural areas.Accordingly the countermeasures are proposed as follows.(1) Excavate the media demand value of the new generation of migrant workers and grasp the tension of media management costs and benefits.(2) Perform the proper social responsibility of mass media and enhance the new migrant workers′ media consciousness.(3) Increase social investment to offer convenience for the new generation of migrant workers' media contacting.(4) Taking the government as the main body to establish the supply input mode of agricultural media products.
