On the Empirical Analysis of China Informationization Development

Information construction gets off to a late start in China.Although its development has been very fast and got some achievements,due to many restrictive factors,there are many problems exsiting in China’s information construction,such as low level of development,imbalance in different regions and so on.To fundamentally solve these problems,it is necessary to strengthen the government’s macro-control and guidance,clear the division among government,enterprises and market,encourage the research of theories,and speed up the development of information technology.
