Analysis and Design of Hybrid C/S and B/S Structure-based Marine Science and Technology Archives Management System

In this paper,the present situation and problems of marine science and technology archives management(MSTAM) are analyzed,and the design scheme of hybrid C/S and B/S structure-based MSTAM system is proposed.The general design,database design,functional module division and security management system of the MSTAM system are discussed,and many key techniques are analyzed and studied,which provides an advanced theoretical system and technical guidance for developing and implementing the MSTAM system to improve the MSTAM efficiency and meet the needs of marine research departments for management and application of science and technology archives.
