Video Watermarking is an effective technology that can be used to implement copyright protection,meanwhile,it is also a hot topic in the reserch of watermark field.On the basis of the study of the status of domestic and international video digital watermark,the principle and characteristics of the video watermark are described,some typical video watermarking algorithms and their advantages and disadvantages are elaborated,all kinds of attacks and their countermeasures of video watermarking are analyzed.Finally,the challenge of the digital video watermarking and its future development trends are discussed.
