Based on her many years experiences on the magazine management,linking with the magazine management practice on Police Technology,the author has found and summarized the characteristics of magazine management under the background of market economy and obtained her own experience.This article has introduced the developing consideration on the way for magazine to achieve simultaneously both social benefit and economic benefit in according with the magazine's own characteristics.
