With the progress and development of Internet technology the Micro-erahas come.More and newer carriers for ideological and political education,such as mobile media,micro-blog and Micro-public service activities etc continuously spring up.These new carriers have different functional characteristics from traditional ones.They present features of broad and boundless load capacity,top speed of conductivity,diversification of guidance,contained complicate information and more difficult controllability.
