A stateless penalty algorithm for non-TCP friendly flow

Internet has become facing crisis of congestion collapseonce again because of the appearing of Non- TCP friendly flow. Trash-a stateless penalty algorithm for non-TCP friendly flow is proposed in this paper.By keeping the information on discarded packets, the algorithm can discriminate and punish against the flow which submit more packet than is al1owed by their fair share.Simulation results show that our algorithm has better penalty performance in fairness of bandwidth allocation than that of CHOKe.
