Production of secure elliptic curve based on MPI

The fast production of the secure elliptic curves is a basis of the research and application of ECC. The usual method is to select an appropriate curve order and to generate a curve over the field with these points and using the techniques based on complex multiplication. A new parallel scheme based on MPI is implemented to improve the efficiency. Its acceleration ratio reaches 138.
