Measuring Circuit of Capacitive Type Pressure Transducer Based on CAV424

With differential capacitance sensor is widely used in industries of silicon,the differential capacitance on signal detection is essential.This paper presented a design based on capacitive sensing chip of CAV424 as a pre-detection unit,it achieved a measuring circuit of capacitive type pressure transducer.The circuit is stable,has good anti-interference feature,and good linear through the nonlinear compensation.The experiment results show that the electrical circuits and theoretical analysis have good consistency.
