Vehicle Monitoring Dispatch System based on ArcGIS

The paper introduces the vehicle monitoring dispatch system based on ArcGIS.When the vehicles are located in different geological space and areas,GPS can provide the monitored vehicles' locations timely and accurately,While GIS can display vehicles' locations on electronic map in the visualization way and re-track the vehicles.
