Construction of bioinformatics knowledge network

A knowledge network of informatics,consisting of a knowledge classification module,knowledge search module and knowledge report module,was constructed using information technology and bibliometric methods.Its functions are intensified in knowledge mining of bioinformatics characterized by citation linkage,related literature linkage and related knowledge unit linkage.
