According to the theory of index evaluation on the basis of classical method and Bayesian method in the existing standard document,combined with the considering for the objective developing requirement of military equipment test analysis evaluation,the requirement of test analysis evaluation for military equipment is analyzed.The running architecture of the integrated software system for the test analysis evaluation of military equipment and the functional design of its main modules are presented.
