Software Design for Computation of Joint Atomic Time of China

In order to calculate TA(JATC)conveniently,fleetly,accurately and to avoid some errors from manual processing data,the software of TA(JATC)calculation has been developed in the Windows 2000 environment with Visual Basic 6.0 language based on the lucubration and analysis of the data process methods of remote clock time comparison and the algorithm that NTSC is using now.The data of NTSC since June,2006 has been computed by this software.The results indicate that this software is reliable and correct.
