Design of a Universal Impedance Measurement System with Four Probes

To overcome the defects of conventional universal impedance measure instruments,this paper introduces a universal impedance measurement system with four probes.The systems front structure uses four probes.Besides,the system includes a front amplifier circuit,a main measurement circuit,a communication unit,a display,and a control unit.With an analog digital mixed balance bridge,aquadrature voltage modulation system,and a quadrature voltage demodulation system,the main measurement circuit ensures rapid and accurate measurement of the system.The system is suitable for measuring almost all kinds of solids and liquids.
