Analysis of the Obstruction and the Countermeasure of Network Information Service in the University Library

Network information service is a new service mode. There are a lot of obstructions in providing network information service, including the lack of professionals and characteristic service, the problems of network security and property right of information and so on. In order to provide perfect service, libraries must change the old conception, train a new type of professionals with abilities, found characteristic databases,protect the network environment and the property right of information.
