Study on Teaching Quality Evaluation of College Teachers through Pairwise Comparison

Seven indexes that influence the teaching quality of college teachers are introduced from three aspects such as student,teacher and environment by means of applying statistical analysis method.Using this method,the weight of each evaluation index is obtained and the comprehensive evaluation of teacher's teaching quality is shown.
