Practice of Improving Software Project Process Quality Based on Issue Management

Based on the method that takes software requirement of RD project as individual issues,the paper proposes an effective way to integrate software requirement management with software design process through issue management.An example how to improve middle and small type software project process quality is introduced,which uses issue tracking tool——DevTrack.The practice indicates that requirement management can be more effective and project node can be optimized.
