Centralized Workflow Management for Operations Platform of Telecom Service Assurance

Although service assurance has gradually become a key management area in the service supply chain, Chinese telecom operators are generally lack of effective operational support systems. In this paper, successful stories of American operators in the same domain are introduced, with a detailed presentation of the functions of a centralized workflow management for telecommunications service assurance operations platform,which is designed based on the telecom operations map. The purpose is to provide corresponding reference for Chinese telecom operators.
