Application of the CIS Strategy System in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Guangdong Jidian Polytechnic as a Case

The CIS design is also a systematic project in vocational colleges as been applied in the enterprises.Internally,it helps enhance the sense of community,improve the unity and cohesion of the school,and strengthen responsibility of teachers and students as well as the sense of belonging to the school.Externally,it helps the public to acknowledge school clearly and establish sharp,easy-to-identify brand image of school as well as promote the reputation of school in order to produce overall competitive advantage of school’s development in the future.CIS design consists of three subsystem,MIS(Mind Identity system),BIS(Behavior Identity system) and VIS(Visual Identity System),being built upon and interacted with each other.This paper takes Guangdong Jidian Polytechnic as an example to propose effective ways to build up CIS design on vocational college campus through interaction among three subsystems.
