Electronic Operation Effectiveness Assessment Based on Dynamic Bayesian Network

Considering the reality of EO and representative and observability criteria,the assessment index is chosen and the EO assessment model is built based on DBN.The research results show that DBN can evaluate the effectiveness reasonably,and comparing with BN,DBN does better on accuracy and filter ability.So it can provide reliable support for commanders.
