Study on the Method of Linear and Circular Vectorization

By means of the method of recognizing lines and circular arcs on the thinned sketch,it is able to realize their vector,but the efficiency is low.Combining sparsely scanning with compressed matrix,it is possible just to deal with the black points which were stored in a three-dimensional array rather than scan white points again and again,which indubitably accelerates the calculating speed and accuracy.Impending again the circle to circular contributes to reduce the date storage.
