Analysis of Library Information Services in the Public Emergencies in Universities

In recent years,more public emergencies take place in colleges,it is essential to build a scientific and reasonable E-mergency Information Service System.By analyzing the role of college library in the public emergencies,the authors propose the principle that the library's information services in public emergencies and put forward suggestions to the construction of the College Library Information Emergency Service mechanisms.
