Computer Intrusion Detection Based on PrefixSpan

This paper applies a fast data mining algorithm into computer detection intrusion.A PrefixSpan algorithm which could remarkably decrease computation and memory consumption is developed to fit into intrusion detection system.To mine huge database,an incremental learning algorithm is applied.The experiment of dealing with a computer network audit database gives the application and result analysis of the algorithm.
