The air force air defense command organ with open,orderly and as far away from its equilibrium state,being regarded as a dissipative structure,can be applied to the dissipative structure theory and gray system theory to analysis the command organ,the capacity of the various sub-systems as order parameter,the gray relational grade combined with the entropy. Establish the model of air-defense command organ,through the model of air-defense command organ,the judge ordered that provide a basis to enhance system performance.
