The Construction of Database Connection Manager in Three_Tier C/S Frame

This paper design a database connection manager which aims at the problem that multi- user can not share use- able database connection simultaneity in three_tier C/S frame, and implement it using Borland C++ Builder and MIDAS tech- nique , thus heavily improve the number of users served simul- taneity.
