Research on Information Organization and Integration Model Based on Electronic Commerce

With the development of information technology was taken as premise condition, the paper summarized the development process of information organization model for enterprise, then the problems on information organization model and the implementation of electronic commerce in medium or small-sized enterprise were discussed. Combined with the techniques for data warehouse, information integration principle and VPN, two solutions, mutisouce information integration based on human factors information fusion and EDI system based on VPN were proposed. The information organization and integration models under B2B and B2C environment were described in details. At last, as an example, the practical application of EC in containers logistics of railway was introduced.
