Load management technology based on expert control system

The indirect load management technology in electricity market with open demand side is analyzed,aiming at solving the trend of being more complicated,the load management technology based on Expert Control System(ECS) is presented. The advantages and feasibility of introducing ECS into load management are discussed,and the main frame of load management technology based on ECS is offered. But the building of knowledge warehouse and database in ECS needs to cellect much information, and also the knowledge covered by rule warehouse needs a long time to be accumulated. So the method still need to be further discussed in practise.
