Research on Human Ear Recognition with Rotation Changes

The moment invariants is used to research on ear recognition with changes in rotation on three database no illumination invariant with rotation invariant.Experimental results indicate that the moment invariants achieved 100% recognition rate to plane rotation invariant.It isn’t good to depth rotation invariant,it achieves 60% recognition rate in 10° rotate and 0.39 similarity in the same classification,but 0.35 similarity in the different classification,when the rotate degree increase to 30°,it achieves 46.67% recognition rate.It indicates that the moment invariants isn’t suit for depth rotation invariant ear recognition.
