Study on Perioperative Nursing Care for Intracranial Aneurysm Endovascular Interventional Therapies

Objective To explore the perioperative illness observation and nursing care of complication in intracranial aneurysm endovascular interventional therapy.Methods The psychological nursing care was enhanced especially.The necessary preoperative examinations were checked perfectly.The routine and emergency treatment supplies were prepared carefully.The drugs administer,fluid infusion and intensive care were paid more attention according to the operator in the operation.Results 2 cases were fully recovered and one case died.The mortality rate was lower than average value.Conclusions The key nursing measures to improve the curative effect and reduce the mortality for intracranial aneurysm endovascular interventional therapy are meticulous perioperative nursing care,closely observing of patient's condition and the prevention complications.
