With the implementation of new lesson reform in high school, the management system for educational development has put on the agenda, with the number of school students and the number of courses are increasing, resulting in increased operating data, so the de- velopment of this system control procedures need to pay attention to time complexity, if the time complexity is too high, it will become useless, and sometimes unable to complete the intended target, a server-based browser model data manipulation should also consider factors such as network bandwidth. Include the optimization of a database outside, through the optimization of SQL statements, and effectively im- prove the time complexity of procedures to improve efficiency in the implementation of the program, saving the network bandwidth to meet the browser-based server mode of operation of huge amounts of data.
