Link Layer Adaption TCP Header Compression Algorithm in LTE System

LTE system is all IP network,with higher data rates and capacity than ever before wireless systems.ROHC(robust header compression) header compression protocol has been used in LTE system for wireless packet compression to effectively wireless utilization.But ROHC algorithm complexity is too high to achieve the difficulties and the poor adaptability of high-speed data services and so on.With the consistency of TCP connection tracking table,we proposed an link layer adaption mechanism TCP header compression algorithm.Simulation results show that,compared to ROHC protocol,the proposed algorithm has higher compression efficiency,and improve the utilization of wireless resources,while also better adapt to high-bandwidth environment in the LTE system,with lower computational complexity and better robustness and applicability.
