In order to make the advantage of the Internet outweighs its disadvantage,to accelerate the sound development of the Internet in China,to defend our country and public interests,as well as to protect the legal right and interests of citizens,juridical persons and other organizations,our state and local governments have already drafted many laws and regulations relevant to the Internet,hoping that this can ensure the Internet to operate safely,soundly and orderly.However,due to its particularity,we are sure to face lots of new problems in safely and soundly defending the Internet.For this,we need to do analysis and research.
