Editors ' quality can ensure the quality of periodicals.Enhancing continuous education of journal editors is as follows: speeding up knowledge updating of editors,cultivating editorial consciousness,improving editorial skills.The necessity of enhancing continuous education of journal editors is discussed and its aim is to improve editors ' quality so as to promote the development of editing and publishing career.The styles of continuous education are flexible and various including editors' autonomous learning and so on.
